| Was trying to add some music to the blog, and i screwed it up. Not knowing how to change it to default settings, i gave up. Ended up adding 2 songs to "audio", my dear's current favorite songs.
It's Nov soon. Planning dept has been very nice to me. Thank you! New station, Athens.
Has become a mahjong addict lately. Thanks to our roster, that we can meet up regularly to flex our arms and brains (with a little bit of luck).
Nothing has changed significantly in my life. Looking forward to our anniversay celebration. Cracking my brain to think of something.
Lucky parents! More pls... The last time round, he bought me a TV. This time, I will jus get something else myself. When you gain something, you lose something. So pls do some kind deeds, I will go temple to offer thanks!

| <<Part 1>> His birthday There was no intention to celebrate. Tests' stress were all over him. I arranged. Hoping to get everyone out for a mini gathering, all came except Pooh. Cicada's the place. Almost 3 weeks' old, I like the ambience cum the secluded area at Portsdown Road. Dinner at The Line. Second time there, one of my favourite buffet spread hangout.
<<Part 2>> My birthday No idea and no intention to celebrate with family as I thought i wont be around on the actual day. Came back from Syd, my lovely mum asked how would i like to celebrate. And who knows, the next day wil be my lunar birthday. Easy way out, I choose to stay home for homecooked food instead of going out. Less hassle. Steamboat, red eggs, mee suah and.... A small birthday cake from Patisser, plus a small surprise cake from Denise. With my usual weekday mj kakis, Denise & Brian, Granny and family, I'm contented.
Simplicity is the best. Thank you. Away from 11th-19th Oct Seoul- Vancouver. Will have belated celebrations, if possible.
| Crazy colleagues, fabulous stations... God has been fair.
Mid Autumn Festival :: Love the steamboat Mum prepared. Telepathy i call it. I had the crave & she asked me in the morning before she left for work. All came over for a cosy gathering. I had to buy some mooncakes to curb the craving. Cant help having sweet tooth back in Sin. I just wanna whack all the local dishes.
Went shopping for my bday gift. We bought each other a pressie!
It's gonna be a week full of gatherings, feastings & shopping!

| Amazing how time flies. I've done my 7th and it will be my one-month soon. Things are moving on very smoothly to-date. There's nothing i would ask or wish for. No complaints from me, so far so good.
I've met very nice colleagues. Sometimes, i feel i'm very blessed. This makes the whole journey much easier. Some say it's hard, some say it's easy, some say it's FUN! But one thing for sure, we deserve it. For passion or for money, we have to enjoy what we're doing. Never look back and tell myself, i regret not trying... Learnt alot from the sharing sessions with colleagues. For the amt of time they worked in this line, kudos to them. I enjoy listening to their experiences when it comes to relationships, fitness/health, investments, family & frens. I guess everyone has their fair share of ups & downs, just a matter of how we cope. Most have agreed, this job makes us very independent & the ability to promote overall wellbeing as a person. Nothing comes free. I learnt to be appreciative of evrythg i have. This is life.
First roster has been pretty good. Will be glad to take whatever it comes. It's the learning stage. Everywhere will be the same. But i like goin to countries that are having winter now... Cant wait! .
Havent been catchin up with many frens. U know who u r...Let's meet!
| Finally the day arrived. Hope i did not sound too bored. So much of worries & anticipation, they're all gone. Handle it accordingly and it will fall in place nicely.
Everyone was patient with us, kept feeding us with information & knowledge and showered us with criticisms & feedback. We were truly blessed with the pple we work with and truly appreciated.
I did not accept the fact i was at sydney til i reached opera house. Nv in my life i dream i wil be there. It took me awhile to sink into it that i was really at Sydney. Very cold weather til we shivered - 8 degrees!
And slowly, i adapted to it - Narita. We had one to a room, due to full occupancy. Mild shoppin at Aeon, Daiso & Muji stuff were much cheaper. Grabbed wat i needed. No shoppin spree.
Short stay - Had our fair bit of fun with the seniors. Nice pple to hang out with. Thank you!
